Thanks...the next story in cannon was Gone and she was a bit more playful with Spike even if she wasn't really changing completely. She also had decided she wanted to live after all. The little story seemed to fit okay with that. Thanks,

| I love Spike and Dawn interactions, and I especially love stories that give Spike hope of winning Buffy's love. Great job! |
| I do angst but always leave room for either hope or just go for a full out happy ending for Spike. Thanks! I loved the relationship between Spike and Dawn so much, his inner William really was revealed with her and we saw the man in the monster in their dealings. K |

| this is sweet and sad...i feel so bad for Spike and Dawn, both feeling so hurt by Buffy when they didn't do anything to cause what she's going through...i'm especially ticked at Buffy for keeping Dawn and Spike apart...grrr...love this story, on to next chapter |
ITA...the biggest wrong Buffy did in S6 was take out her angst on the only two who did not take part in why she was upset, being yanked from heaven in the first place! She was so nasty to Spike we often forget how she ignored Dawn as well.
