DAmn...powerful chapter! Even though you've let us see that Buffy isn't the cold bitca she still appears to be to Spike it sure captures how she DID treat him onscreen. The misunderstanding between them just as Buffy is starting to actually SEE Spike is rather like all of S7 for that matter.
I am so glad you are adding chapters. I was hooked from the first one where Buffy had the sense to begin making that list on his precious gift of blank paper.
Bring on more soon, please!

| If only Buffy could learn to think before she spoke perhaps she would be less likely to hurt those around her, and just maybe she would be able to communicate what she is really feeling. I love that she admitted that Spike brings kindness to her life and helps her keep going. |

| lol..i saw it..a nightmare i would like to erase...lol...so...why does "debbie" sound familiar... are they the same couple from the episode about the abusive boyfriend? it was very touching, the way you wrote spike's response to his treatment of her, relating it to how buffy had treated him...i'm very much into this story by now... great update |

I was glad to see you had updated the story, so I went back and re-read the first two chapters for old times' sake, and they really are great. |
