Good chapter.I decided to read this story after I saw the good reviews.I have to read the other chapters,but this chapter was really good.(I like to read the last chapter fast.If the ending is too crappy or sad,I refuse to read the rest of the story.I'll probably go back and read the rest of the story tomorrow because I won't be home tonight.)
Do you watch Supernatural?It's my favorite show right now.(Next to "Bones","Lost",and "How I Met Your Mother".I love David in "Bones" and I'm a Bones/Booth shipper.I also love Alyson in "HIMYM" and I'm a Lily/Marshall shipper.I used to watch Gilmore Girls,but the spoilers have deflected me from watching now.)Start a new story soon! |
Thank you for taking a chance and starting the fic! I don't blame you for starting with the end of the story - I do that, too, sometimes to ensure that things will work out alright and seem interesting.
I've watched a few episodes of Supernatural and like it. I've seen one or two episodes of "Bones" that I've enjoyed, but I have yet to watch "How I Met Your Mother". I'm a huge "Gilmore Girls" fan (even though the spoilers have made me want to stop for this season).

| Well a nice happy end and all but still a bit sad about Dawn. Always sort of liked her and what she brought to the show. She could be very annoying but she could also be very nice and be a real good friend to Spike when no one else would be. |

Nice plot but I think Joyce would be a bit more upset by her daughter's death. She seemed too calm. Also, Giles has done a bit of a 180. First he trusts Spike then he doesn't. Not really enough justification for this character development.
Just a few thoughts.

| I don't disagree that Joyce would be more upset about her daughter's death, but I think she'd be just as afraid for her life. Giles changing his mind a lot about Spike was undoubtedly influenced by Xander. Also, I would think that after one kidnapping, he wouldn't be so worried that Spike did it because things didn't match up, but after two kidnappings, no one can be too sure, even a grown man like Giles. |

| Angelus and Darla definitely are awful vampires, and they'll be appearing very soon in the story, along with an explanation from Tessa as to why she's (finally) on a mission to hurt Spike and other people. Don't worry - there won't be much in the way of an intervention for a while. As for Anya, I attribute her acting the way she did to the fact that she didn't really grasp the concept of death at that point (as seen in "The Body") and her being her usual self at points. I love Anya, though, and won't make her act so oddly throughout more of the story. I hope you continue to like the fic! |

| Thank you! The way I figure it, no one knows how far a vampire can sense another one, so I've been going with that. Also, in "Surprise", Spike and Dru don't notice that both Angel and Buffy were watching them from above - the Judge pointed it out first. I guess it depends on proximity and how much attention a vampire is paying to their surroundings. He'll be catching on soon, though, that someone's watching him. I hope you continue to enjoy the fic! |

| Spike will figure things out sooner rather than later, I promise. You'll have to wait and see what becomes of Angel, too. Spike let Tessa be hurt and taken away, along with the fact he was the one who sired her, so she has a lot of residual anger. Don't worry, though- everyone else will get what's coming to them, too. |

| I haven't ever really liked Dawn, either, so she was my top choice to have die in the story. Buffy isn't going to go catatonic, per se, but she won't react well at all to the news. You can be sure, though, that Spike will be at her side to help and comfort her. |
