| LOL! Don't worry - being a cheerleader doesn't mean she has to be a stuck-up bitch. It's something that she knows from her previous time as "normal girl", something her mother supports, and something to occupy her time right now. Buffy's trying to move on as a human again, so getting into normal school activities seems like the right thing to do. I don't know, yet, whether she'll stick with it or not, but for now, she's trying her best to get through Hell Week. Buffy really wants to make it up to Joyce for all the trouble and worrying caused by her time as the Slayer. |

| I like that Giles wants to protect Buffy and allow her to have a normal like, but he should know secrets are never good. As for Angel, if he doesn't want Buffy anymore he really should talk to her. Thanks for the update I really enjoyed it. |

| Good to see an update. I wonder when our resident bleached vamp shows up. I also wonder if Buffy's really lost her powers or if when/if the new Slayer dies, Buffy is chosen again. |

Huh, this is a veeerrrry interesting premise. Dead simple and utterly obvious ... in retrospect. I wonder how many people are kicking themselves for having overlooked it.
I do wonder though, are you sure Buffy was blonde by the end of Season 1? I can just imagine her thinking "I took the check though cause I'm not blonde." |
| Yeah...it's a darker blonde to start out with, but she's blonde...and it's practically Season 2 when she writes the diary entry. |
