| Xander sooooooo had that coming. I agree with the other reviews on that account. He's lucky he isn't dead. Spike's punishment was quite appropriate. Poor Joyce is so bewildered. I wonder if Buffy or Spike are going to sneak to the other's respective beds. {grins} Look forward to the next update. Ch. 8 was a good one. |

| Thank you... I am glad you enjoyed it! Yeah this is still Season 2 Spike.... being Love's Bitch, he may be willing to curb his nature considerably for his girl... but he is still a VERY dangerous master vampire with NO chip or soul. I think Xander is probably quite lucky to still be breathing. |

I've been following this story and really enjoyed this chapter. It was cool to see how much Buffy is maturing, with the whole not being mad at Spike and totally telling off Xander thing.

Yes, Buffy is maturing more rapidly than she did on the show, but in all fairness to her I think given the correct circumstances she would have done so. She did have rather a lot to deal with for someone so young. |

Thanks I'm really glad you are enjoying it!! Giles and Ethan are so much fun to write because they can be caring, and at the same time really paying out on each other.
Xander earned that pain, we can only hope he has learned something from the experience... other than the fact that being hoisted in the air by your nuts hurts! lol.
And poor Joyce, she did so well... up to a point, and then it was just too much! |
