| Wow, wonderful suspense you’ve created in the beginning of this chapter with Dawn visiting Spike. Excellent observations about William from Joyce, she really is a very observant woman! And I loved that she pulled the Mom card and is making Buffy help Spike. |

So far, I have read the two first parts of Sympathy for the Devil and I am so impressed.
You are right into the heart of the feelings.
I have read many fanfiction so far.
Several of them are very good.
But you are amongst the best.
Your insights are brilliant.

| Great chapter. Joyce was very insightful about Spike. Buffy is her usual stubborn self. Can't see the forest for the trees. |

| Poor Spike. His only friends are Dawn and Joyce. The rest of the people who should know better, don't know him at all and feel they don't have to lower themselves. |
