| Keeping the secret gives the perpetrator power--thank God that Spike found someone who loved him to confide in--many who are abused never have that release. Thank you for a thoughtful exploration of sexual/physical/mental abuse that not only shows the damage, but the healing process as well. Beautifully written, and excellent update...can't wait for the next chapter to see what Anya shows Xander.... |

| Wow, excellent update. Evil cliffie of course, but that's okay. I hope that Xander really understands by the time Anya is through with him. He needs to not only see what Spike went through, but he really does need to FEEL all that Spike felt. Maybe it might shut the self-righteous prick up. Excellent update. Wonderful scenes with Buffy and Spike as things were revealed and they grow closer. Her giving him the remote was very profound to me. Look forward to more. Glad I was able to keep reading. {Smiles} |

| Go Anya!! She is so good and honest and worthwhile as a person. Xander was never good enough for her. Happy to see Buffy helping Spike break through some of his damage. More story please. |
