Wow and whoa. {breathing hard} Angelus was major into head games. Dru was trying her whole placating to get William back to her side even if she really didn't want him. I always hated that about Dru. It was one reason why I hated Buffy for how she treated him too. Spike deserved a woman that would love him completely as he was. Excellent chapter, and I look forward to see what happens next.

Phew. I think that was the most chilling chapter so far. You did great getting Angelus to play mind games on Buffy. His modus operandi. I was worried for a moment that Dru had Spike in thrall, or that he'd been drawn back to his Dark Princess. So glad he stood up for Buffy though. Great update.
