Let's put it this way... Angel would probably argue that he didn't, but in some ways that might bode better for their future relationship than if he'd made Angel submit. This way they come a lot closer to meeting as equals. |

Angel is really just a spoiled kid when it comes right down to it. He's never had a real caring relationship with give and take and he doesn't understand how they work. |

| Great fight between Angel and Spike. I wonder if Angel will admit that he was dom'd, and that he has to admit subserviance to Spike. Hell would probably freeze over first. I wonder how long it will take before they explain that Stephen aka Connor is actually Angel's son. Look forward to more! |
| I think you guess right. Connor's intervention gave Amgel an out as far as saving face goes, but I don't think he'll be in a hurry to start round 2 either. I'm sure Always will post a few more chapters soon and you can see how the LA visit pans out for everyone. |

| I so wish you'd been writing season six, everything seems to make sense here. It' hard to believe thy've only been together a few days there's so much warmth and trust between them now you can't imagine them ever being apart. I so loved the face off with Angel, he's such a smug git it's nice to see him taken down a peg or two. Brilliant. |
