Thanks, honey! There was always a certain amount of sparkage between Spike and Cordy (think of how she almost responded to his flattery in Into the Dark). It was nothing to the sparkage between him and Buffy, though. Glad you're enjoying it.

Thank you! If I recall rightly from when True Colours was originally posted there were more amateur gardeners having a quiet giggle than Latin scholars, but then Latin scholars are becoming a rare breed these days.

I love Spike's reasons for liking Cordy - wonder what Buffy had to say and wish I had that kinda spare change! Great chapter!
wish I had that kinda spare change! Don't we all. Even back in In/Into The Dark (can never remember which it is) Spike seems to be flirting with Cordy. And one thing you could always say for her was that she always said what she meant. Thanks again!
