Very beautifully written story. Can't wait to see what style of writing you chose, because writing in the first is very hard to write. Enjoying it very much.

very good story so far...you make the reader feel Spike's desperate need for Dru, it almost hurts to read it...very engaging, well-written...like this very much

Well nice start but I think I prefer a third person perspective.

like how the story is starting out, pov is fine interesting actually...please write more and it would be great if "elizabeth " could be sired by spike rather than any of the others(imho) thanks

In answer to your POV question ... either way is fine. You're doing a pretty good job of writing from Spike's POV. {Smiles} It gives the story a particular slant and air about it that is nice. Writing third person is often much easier to write, but you can still get things in there about how a character feels etc. So, either way is good. Always up to the writer of what they want to do or accomplish with the fic. The story itself is awesome. I love it. This is already shaping up to be a very interesting one. I look forward to more chapters.

love the chapter. spike pov very interesting, and difficult for the writer; third person easier to lead the reader to the mindset you want them to have. from reading other of your works, i know pov doesn't matter, this will be a well written, enjoyable fic. thanks for writting. P.S. this is probably the longest review you will ever receive from me. thanks again
Thanks for the review. I know it might be a little difficult but I hope I'll be able to capture Spike's thoughts well.

I love the beginning. I think third person does open the story to more possibilities. However, anyway you write it is going to be great. I can't wait to see where you take it.

I'm lazy and third person is easier to write (at least for me) so I'm going to have to say whatever is easiest for you!
