| Am I too hopeful to think that Maybe Renee isn't with them, but she isn't dead? Renee was such an awesome character. I love the back story that you gave when Marcus was thinking. Nice way to weave in what happened in the past after what we've seen before without having to go into it day by day. I like that. You have such a variant style and outlook on your writing. It is so well done. I loved this chapter, and I look forward to more. |
| Awww, thank you. I'd actually debated telling more of their past, but we'd be here another 50 chapters. This way I can do companion pieces to sort of "fill in the blanks". |

| I loved the update! I'm sad to hear that Renee is not with them, but I'm going to have to sneak a peek at your site to see what became of her. I liked the way they all were spying on the Scoobs-- Way cooler than the geek trio! And Kendra...Hmmm...The plot thickens. I'm ready for Buffy to come back after having loved Spike as her husband for 20 years and the Scoobies will realize they don't know her and have nothing in common with her anymore. She'll be so beyond high school, that she may have a nice peer relationship with Giles, assuming the marriage and mating with Spike doesn't stick in his craw too badly. Thanks for the wonderful post-- Keep 'em coming! |
Thanks! This one is *finally* starting to wind down. Lots of explain-y these next few chapters. Hopefully I clear up all those questions my reader have up to this point.

| YES.....Thankyou thankyou thankyou this update has made my day. As usual, after reading one of your chappies, my heads teeming with questions and speculation. I'm thinking things don't look good for Renee, she's a great character It would be a shame if she didn't make it, sob. On the plus side the rest of the gang are looking really slick, god luv 'em. I can't wait for the Scoobs to get a load of them. |
