| Yay! Willow and Tara together at last! I always thought that Willow would have been more understanding of Buffy's relationship with Spike on the show. She seemed to be the more open-minded of the Scooby's, because she herself never followed the norm. I like your Willow, I could hear her voice in my head. Great job! |

| Spike and Tara should NOT tell Willow about the gem - they need to make a believeable lie. Otherwise, once it gets out every vampire and evil thing out there will be coming for that gem. |

| I don't think they should tell Willow everything about the Gem, though, like where it's located in Spike. Her allegiance is going to be with Buffy, until she gets to know them here better, and Buffy would just use the knowledge to her advantage. We all know Willow isn't good at keeping secrets. She gets really twitchy. |

| I'm sorry to see that Parker got the chance to hurt Buffy but I understand why she didn't believe Spike. She doesn't deserve it even if she treats Spike badly at this point. It's just self preservation for her until she knows better. Thankfully Spike also seems to understand it. Perhaps Spike could have a little "talk" with Parker later.
The best way to help the scoobies understand is through Willow and Tara right now and it's great that they met before realizing that Spike was also involved. Handling the Parker situation might also help if done just right. |

| Gah! Must have more! I'm really getting addicted to this fic. I love this time period in Buffy fic, and you've got a great thing going here with introducing Spike in a way that has potential for fun. I'm actually hoping Buffy and company hangs on to their mistrust/dislike of Spike for a while. With Tara in the mix, firmly pro-Spike, there's great potential for interactions. Good dramatic tension. Your characterizations are perfect, by the way. |
