| Hey, Love that Buffy is feeling badly about how she has been treating Spike. You really did a good job of playing up her "holier than thou" side. I wonder what she plans to get Spike, as a present? |

| I have to say this is probably my favourite Buffy fic at the moment, I just love Spike & Tara/Dawn friendship fics with Spuffy thrown in as well, and this fic definitely doing a good job of it.
Well I could understand where Buffy would have more trouble believing Spike could change considering her upbringing from both Giles telling her Vampire = Evil and then the Whole Angel/Angelous fiasco, that proved that theory as far she was concerned, though she did go a bit too far with her words and deserved the smackdown she got.
Oh Well hopefully things will work out for the better now after some grovelling from Buffy and Spike can join her for Patrol because that's what it looks like you are heading towards with his unrestful behaviour..I mean Evil Squirells? lol

| This is so one of my absolute favorite stories now!! I love this! Its so sweet without being overboard sugary, and I love Xander and Spike being friends, and the presents, and all your little details that make it come alive...and I'm actually starting to feel a little sorry for Buffy in spite of her jerkiness from earlier....I can't wait to see what she gets for Spike, and how he takes it!!!! Loving this and looking forward to the next chapter!!!! |

| Love the blowup from Spike thinking the squirrels are mocking him.... But he is so getting the LOVE he has missed out on during this life and unlife. I hope Buffy realizes what she has really done and get a taste of her own medicine. Great update. |

| I loved the squirrel war! The party was awesome. Mom's with the cool kids (Scoobies and Spike.) I hope Buffy doesn't get away with a guilt gift it would be as sincere as one of her Dad's. Buffy needs to do sooooooo much more. |

| Great party! I'm still sort of doubting Buffy's sincerity. Does she want to be friends so she can be part of the crowd and not on the outside, or because she really feels differently. I still think there's a bit too much of it being all about Buffy. I'm so glad that the rest of them seem to really like Spike and appreciate the changes.
