Excellant story - the bid bad reemerges, of course he is still love's bitch - just this time for Dru. I realy feel sorry for her because the plan can't work. Spike won't be able to kill his Mate and she will be alone again. Rather tragic for her. Good chapter!
Thank you! You've seen right through to the flaw in Dru's plan. I always did feel as if Dru were a tragic figure, and almost everything that went wrong had its roots in Angelus's hold over her.

This fic was so kewl but theres just gotta b another 1 i aint good with the cliff hanger types ah well kudos anyways
There's another one... and more after that and more after that...

There will probably be a few more cliffhangers along the way, but if you really get too impatient you can always catch up via www,he-s-no-angel.net where Ring of Fire is posted in its entirety, as is the next book in the series Fumbling Towards Ecstasy, and I'm currently working toward finishing off Angels and Demons the final 'book' in the series, but there are 80+ chapters to keep you going in the meantime.

Oh dear! Can the tabula rasa spell break a claim? Won't the magic come back if he sees Buffy? Once again, Angelus has a lot to answer for. More story please.
Thank you! I won't answer your questions as that would be a huge spoiler, but, yes, Angelus has a lot to answer for. One of the things I really wanted to do with this was to show that though Dru is the villain of the piece, she's also very much the victim and in her own deranged way she does love Spike.

I'm sure AlwaysJBJ will post more soon.

Oh nooooo - what a nightmare. That's really painful!! Shattered!
Well, Dru did have Lindsay doing the planning for her. He wouldn't be as confident as he was without good reason, but then, have Buffy et al. ever failed when it really mattered?
