Stupid stupid Angel. Him throwing the book across the room and having a little two year old temper tantrum was amusing for sure. He's such a selfish jerk. The fact that he even believes his "love" is true makes me want to heave.
Excellent chapter. Angel is more in denial than even Xander. He believes that everything is someone else's fault. {rolls her eyes}

| God, he really is living in a delusional world. He's such an idiot if he believes that Buffy still loves him like she used to. Does he not remember that he walked away and a lot of time has passed since then? They have both pretty much moved on, but he can't seem to let go. Of course Spike knows her better than him. He's the one that was always there. And here I was thinking Angel's head couldn't get any bigger...lol! Yeah, I hope he does keep reading. I'm sure he'll find out a lot more about her time with Spike. Also, will Buffy be showing up at all later on? Can't wait for more=) |

Oh I am so loving this! I can just see Angel reading the diary and reacting in this way. Of course he would expect to still be enshrined in Buffy's heart, glowing in his white armor! While the Buffy we saw wasn't this perceptive, I'm glad yours is....Yeah you!
Looking forward to more and hoping Spike gets clued in to Buffy's feelings for him too.

This is a really cool approach to Buffy's emotions. It was kinda sad that she never felt she could talk to her friends (and with good reason, of course) so it makes total sense that she'd let it all out in her journal.
