| That was so awesomely sweet and touching between Spike and Wes. It is a good dynamic between those two. Glad to see your Wes realizing, sooner than on the show, that Angel thinks whatever he does must be sanctioned by the Powers because he's their "Champion". If he had half a brain (Angel that is) he'd realize that Spike is the Power's Champion now. Excellent chapter update. |

Wonderful chapter! I love it in fics when Wes and Spike become good friends. They really had the potential to "get" each other. Very similar as humans, at least, though William was never that pretentious as Wes was fresh from the Council. Can't wait for Wes to make that call.  |

| Yay for Wesley!! In season 5 I wanted Fred to pick up the phone and clue Buffy in on Spike's return so much! I didn't think Wes cared enough to make the call, but the parallel you've drawn between he and Spike makes it obvious that Wes would be the one to pick up the phone. Love this chapter and the story! |

There will be at least 4 chaps to come with Buffy journal entries. But this fic isn't about the seventh season. Its about Buffy looking at herself and the people around her and realizing their flaws. I'm glad you're enjoying it.
