| I wasn't sure what setting you were goign ot use originally, and I loved the one you chose. Angel being voyeuristic isn't a surprise to me. Excellent job with this story. Everything wasn't all candy and roses. You made Buffy and Spike have ot realize a few things and argue a few things out. Very nicely done. |

| Oh! Wow. This story was simply so much more than I had anticipated! Everything came together so beautifully, and even better, so realistically. You make me wish so much that this had actually been a scene out of AtS! Job extraordinarily well done! |

| This is a fantastic reunion fic. I loved how she walked into the room, saw Angel, and realised that her heart was healed. That although she still loved him, the pain was gone, and two seconds later she realised that Spike was still alive, and that there was a hole in her heart that she hadn’t really recognised. Buffy’s, Spike’s, and Angel’s emotions and actions were portrayed perfectly for their characters. You did a wonderful job of tying up this loose end. |

I've read several very wonderful stories that handle the reunion and set it after TGIQ but I really have to say that your story is the best I have read to date. You really have captured the emotions of Buffy, Spike and even Angel.
Spike and his perspective on the "I love you" and the rationale for his staying away makes PERFECT SENSE! Poor, Spike! How could he feel any different given their history?
Buffy being angry and fearful yet coming to finally understand what her years of push/pull have done to Spike is again so realistic.
Angel, dog in a manger where Buffy is concerned is spot on. He really has moved on yet will not let go until the bitter end (demon to the fore).
This is IMHO a classic story brilliantly told. Excellent! Thank you for sharing.
