| That's a way to get Spike to stop pouting ... tell him he is brooding. LOL He can't handle being told he does anything like Angel. That is not good if the Initiative is back. Very bad there. I loved this chapter. |

Oh please please please, don't let him do anything so stupid as to get a soul. Spike isn't so emotionally distraught and self-hating that he would overlook the quite elementary facts that,
1) he would be a different person with the soul
2) Buffy loves HIM and not this other person
Additionally, even pure vampire Spike is capable of realizing that there are limits to love. Witness his giving up on Drusilla after the Chaos demon. |
| No, he doesn't need a soul in this fic. I've long decided that he's not going to get one, doesn't need one, the First isn't an issue in this sequel. |
