I'm really enjoying this story. Its taken me through so many emotions... and not a few tears. Its hard reading a Spike that so timid and weak but I love the way his inner core personality is still the same.
I must confess his undying love for Buffy (though of course I'm a Spuffy-aholic) makes me want to slap her for taking advantage of him at times; but I realize that she's just as much a victim as he is.
I love your characterization of everyone and am eagerly awaiting Riley's downfall (may it include much much pain). |

Oh SH*T!! I knew it wasn't good for them to just stand there like that. The dynamics between Buffy and Spike are spot on for me. I like how they interact with one another, and how each sees the same situation with different eyes. I can completely understand why Spike would take off after Anya's sent, although he should have said something, you know Buffy would not have let him go at all.
I can not wait for the next chapter, and I unfortunately see some torture and torment in the future for our happy couple. I really don't think Riley would want Buffy dead. He is a sick individual and would want her to be under his control. Spike he would want to keep alive and torture, probable in front of Buffy to break her spirit. I hate Riley. |
