I really liked this line - hat maybe the Angel you know, you only know through the eyes of the child that you were? That maybe in your timeline, you were so in love with him that you didn’t notice any faults and that now that you are seeing him from an adult’s point of view? you are pointing out something that needs to be sad - a young girl's point of view is very different then an adult's - Great comment here.
I did see one error - she calls Joyce "mum" however that is a british saying not an american - she would call her mom.

LMBAO, I wonder how that would work? if Buffy jnr went out and got get own damn gift, wouldn't that mean that Buffy snr would end up with the gift as well and then that would mean that neither Buffy's would have Spikey Gift? Also if Buffy Snr let Buffy Jnr be with Spike, she'd get all the pleasent memories of the Spike loving and then continue on when she gets back, at the moment she's depriving herself of years worth of Spike loving memories and yet still be with Spike...OK I got confused there somewhere. It doesn't really matter because Spike is not in love with past Buffy because she's too much of a kid.
Ooooh kissage going on, so no guesses what both A and B Buffy will be dreaming tonight.
Being jeolous of yourself for crushing on the guy who has been after you for over a year..wierd.

Nail meet head! Yes, Angel wanted/loved the little virginal innocent girl he could mold and protect and train....Spike wants an equal partner to fight and love and shag on equal footing. So well illustrated! Nice update. I am enjoying this one a lot.

Oh, my! Angel needs an analyst - like years ago - but now would be good. Am loving Spike's mix of wariness and defiance - and his lips, 'cos lips of Spike - yum! But will Buffy kiss him back?

| I love Joyce's and Giles's reaction to Buffy's jealousy over her younger self seeing Spike. And her reaction when he comes into the apartment, perfect. And the best part, when he grabs her and kisses her to show that it is her that he wants and not her younger self that as he puts it so perfectly is still a child. I really love how obvious you have made this important difference between Spike and Angel, Spike loves and wants grown up Buffy who is his equal, Angel ‘loves’ and wants young Buffy who will look up to him and who he can influence. Thanks for the great update. |
