| That was one hell of a one shot! From beginning to end...amazing! I've only read one story before where vamp/slayers eyes flashed gold when they found their mates and that was Holly's "In Omne Tempus" and that's one of the best I've ever read. I love your work so much , your so talented and I can't wait to read whatever you have to offer. Just freakin' amazing Jacks! |

| Nifty, Buffy's change of eye color. Loved how she insisted that Giles invited Spike in and her speech. (Just reread the A/N because I wasn't sure, so Spike has no chip here.) ~ Typical Xander.. but he gave in, didn't want to loose Anya. Spike got his soul back? Wow, so he can now walk in the sun too. Awe, that is the reason for Buffy's golden eyes. Loved it :-D |

That was BRILLIANT!!! I love love love it!! And the smutty portion was just about perfect!! Okay, I'm focusing on one area; gotta stop now. *LOL* Very well written, sweetie; I loved the characterizations of everyone, and I thought the explanations for everything were truly well thought out. More!! I want a sequel that spans into an epic tale!! |

What a perfect Thanksgiving.
I really loved this fic. In particular I loved Buffy coming clean to Giles about what Spike had done for her and her feelings about Willow and Xander and her guilt over Jenny and Giles. The episode ‘Dead Man’s Party’ was one of the greatest examples of how everyone blamed Buffy because she wasn’t perfect, but none of them were willing to accept responsibility for their own actions. And I think that with just a few paragraphs you managed to point out the fundamental problems of the characters.
I also loved Anya standing up to Xander and calling him on his obsession with Buffy. And how Buffy got rid of the commandos that were around Spike’s house and her humor over it was great. And everything at Spike’s house was hot and sweet.

You know I was starting to have withdrawel symptoms? it's been over 30 hours since the last Jack update and I was starting to get twitchy...sad but true.
hmmm...so this ritual? any similarities between this one and the one Giles mentioned in Paradox? This one was high risk but with and high payouts if you win the jackpot.
Wow you went completely AU on us with this one. Spike being living Vampire and Buffy in the know and Giles...well Giles still has the drinking problem, he should go to them AA meetings I think.
Well Jack loved the one parter, even if my teeth hurt from all the fluff.
