Wonderful story! I have never cared for "all-human" versions of Btvs, but the idea of a non-slayer Buffy fighting vampires in the world of slayers&vampires is really brilliant. The dynamic between her and Spike is fascinating and very well written.
I hope they get to interact with slayers, watchers, scoobies and of course other vampires soon.

Uh oh ... Spike headed out ... I wonder what is going to happen. Will he kill again? He doesn't believe that Buffy feels anything for him ... so would he keep torturing himself when he knows that she won't love him? Will he do something foolish like get himself killed to let her have a life without him, or would she die too?
I agree with Spike ... the morning started off so good. Our poor couple. They just keep hitting road blocks. I hope they make it past this one too. |
