| When the writer's of AtS wrote "Destiny" it almost made up for Sarah's refusal to sign-up for anymore years with BtVS. If she had signed another contract, I wouldn't have got to see Spike kick Angel's ass and let Spike have his say about his Grandsire. It alway's has pissed me off that all Angelus did was kill a girl, nothing to be proud of, but Spike fought for his, for love, and there never was any comparison...EVER! Thanks for letting me get that off my chest. Now to see Spike kick his ass again. Thanks. |

No, I don't expect a dusty ending now.....more that that's what Penny told them to prevent - Connor's arrival via Darla, so Angel's future as we knew it is going to be drastically different if his team makes sure to carry out Penny's directions.

Round 1...Fight!!! right in the red corner we have Spike with his trainer Buffy Summers giving him last minute advice, and look at the support he has with him, the whole arena is chanting his name, Never in my life have I seen such a fan base. And in the Green corner we have Angel, on his own with no supporters and being booed by the crowd..never has this reporter seen such a pathetic display...back to you Bob.
heheee Sorry always wanted to do that. Ha I was right about Spike being both happy and sad...but it was pretty obvious so I won't brag about it ;)
I would put my money on Spike, not only does he want it more, he's actually been a warrior for allot longer than Angel has, who has been fighting for 5 years where Spike has been about the fight for 120 years, Slayers Demons humans all fair play for him.
Maybe Spike should put a claim on Angel making the forehead his whipping boy for once, turn arounds raid play or something like that.
Well looks like we have an interesting update coming up. fight!!!!!!
I loved when Cordy pointed out how Buffy was the Chosen Champion and he was a Vamp who got cursed with soul because of his eating habits...nothing beats logic when arguing with someone.

| The heartfelt conversation between Spike and Buffy was wonderful. I loved the way Cordy got in on the Angel bashing. It's no surprise Spike would choose to fight his own battle. Can't wait for the Angel pummeling to begin. Excellent chapter! |

Yeah, this would be tough on Dru. One of the Drus in her head cares for Spike, no question.
It's a shame to prevent Connor's birth, since it's not the kid's fault. Parenting would have taught Angel a lot, if they'd been able to go through the natural life-span instead of suddenly facing an angry 16-year-old. Angel's like one of those guys who has the money, and the job, and the cars, and all the other crap - thinking he's on top of the world - and the only way he'll come to appreciate the things that really matter in life is to lose it all, or come close. Those guys have to have the proverbial brick smash upside their heads to realize that family, and compassion, are the keys to lasting happiness. Yes, it's definitely time for Lorne to come.
And this is definitely the right decision for Spike. Any male ego, really. |

| I loved what Joyce said, and in doing so, gave to Spike. I love how completely the group is in Spike's corner, and how when Buffy was talking to him she listen, understood, and supported him. I really enjoyed Cordy ripping into Angel and I am looking forward to Spike’s fight for independence. And I love that Dru was able to be included again. |
