| Oooh, I love it! Man, you wrote Giles and Xander down perfectly, especially how they were after Jenny's death. So glad to see that Buffy confronted them all. And the ender...who knew Darla would want the world to stay as it was. I can't wait for more!! |

| I loved how Buffy stood up for herself and for Spike, that although she might loose her friends from her life she stood her ground. I fully understand Spike’s rage at Giles for blaming Buffy for Angel’s desouling, I felt anger at him blaming her also. That was the catalyst of much of her future pain and the distrust of her friends, and yet they never understood that she was as much a victim as anyone. She had no knowledge of the loophole, Jenny knew of it, Angel should have found out more about the curse on him and known about it, and Giles being a watcher and researcher should have, as soon as he found out about Angel being cursed with a soul, started finding out all that he could about it. Those three should share in the blame, but Buffy is blameless. As for Darla, I liked her and her thoughts at the end of this chapter. Thanks for the great update, and sorry about the diatribe I just had to get it out, my sister and I were talking about this very situation last night. |

| oohhh -- love Buffy defending her mate! Clocking Xander YAY! Funny that Cordy was the one who was trying to get everyone back on topic. Go Cordy! This chap made me like Darla just a tad. Perhaps she'll pull a "Spike"? |
