| Ooooh, thank you for making him beg. This is another raw, gut wrenching chapter. I almost lost it myself when I realized what that instrument was for, and what it had taken away from someone like Spike. Very gripping chapter. Thank you. |

And finally Riley gets his just desserts. I know it wasn't supposed to be a funny chapter, but damn Riley begging Spike for anything makes me wanna laugh. He needs to grovel mercilessly at Spikes' feet for hours on end. Spike getting his stones back, and I'm loving every second of it.

Oh yes.....catharsis for the reader *G* AND Spike! The horrifying picture you give (delicately BTW....deftly done!) of Spike's tortured past was chilling. Riley deserves whatever he gets but the bigger picture is the best....an end to this system. You know the saddest part of this story is the plausibility of it all. If the world DID have vampires that could be chipped there would be exploitation like this and a total disregard of them as sentient beings. Scary monsters we humans!
