Oh my gosh!! First off ... stupid of Buffy to think that her saying she doesn't love Angel would just change everything all peachy after she rejected Spike. Secondly, wow ... nice reminder of how evil Spike can be.
I'm still going to hope for a pleasant ending to the story though. I know that things can turn one way and another back and forth. I really don't think he is stupid enough to fall for Ipwet's line of crap. He always tends to surprise us all with something else. So, I'm going to cross my fingers that he has something else up his sleeve instead of just killing Buffy.
Excellent update, and I look forward to getting the last chapter to see how you conclude this one. |

| Ah well I thought this was gonna be one of those happy ending stories where Buffy and Spike would find love and escape and live happily ever after but I guess I was wrong. Can't say I'm disapointed more like I'm surprised. Glad to see more frequent updates it was a bit slow there for a while. |
