| Thank goodness that Lydia is keeping track of what's going on with Spike, he's going to need all the help that he can get. Didn't Spike say that the drugs kept him calm, now he's afraid of them? Weird. Another great chapter. |

Yeah clear headed brave Spike. Love to have Travers pee his pants for a change. Yeah Lydia too. Great update, can't wait for more and to find have Buffy set Giles straight.

| I am so glad that Lydia has fully decided which side she is on and has decided to do what she can to help Spike. I love that Spike is bringing back his big bad persona and what he said to Travers. Thanks for the update. |

| Go Lydia! I was hoping she would play a part in Spike's escape from the Council. I just hope it doesn't backfire on her. I'm so proud of the way Spike is handling himself with Quentin. Loved his closing line. Great chapter! |
| She will play a Big role in his escape. How much more do you think Spike can take before "Big Bad" starts to fade and maybe even crack...?I'm just sayin' something's got to give. |

Lydia's becoming quite impressive here. I figured she would stay an ally once she decided to try to protect Spike.
As always, the Watchers are going to underestimate Spike. I wouldn't mind if he bit Travers, except that the guilt would hit him later and make the soul hurt more.
Are we back to Buffy's POV, and Giles and Mouse in the next chapter? |
