| Wow! I had a lot of catching up to do with this one. This chapter brought tears to my eyes more than once. I ache for Buffy - finding out he loved someone else in what for her is a very short period of time, ache for Spike who has lost someone else he loved...just a lovely, angsty chapter. |

| Creative idea & so well written but I'm haunted by its sadness and hopelessness. If Buffy gets back to her timeline she'll be knowingly taking away Spike's chance at reciprocated love and a family. If she stays in the future she's completely alone - no family, friends 30 years her senior, and no Spike (he's obviously still in love with his wife - wearing his ring even after 5 years - and we know he only gives his heart completely.) Thinking this through made me even sadder. Hmmm... Got a rabbit in your hat? (spoken with a glimmer of hope) |

Whoa this story is full of surprises. first the whole jump in the futures part, though i'll admit I though alternate universe first. Then the whole Vamps are people too way of thinking. Looks like they won but how no idea...also sounds like the first is still around.
What else, Dawn and Giles dead...which gotta be depressing and the bieggest shocker of all Spike no in all black...lol That and the fact that not only was he married to a human he has a daughter as well....What's all that about? probably a teenager too so whole bunch of teenage anst going on there. Wonder why Spike didn't turn his wife?

| WHAT!!???Didn`t see that one coming.I don`t like the fact that Spike was married in this story(always a love`s bitch ),but it gives Buffy the little push in finding out her feelings and I like it. Can`t wait to see what Buffy`s reaction is,and getting to know how Spike could have a child. |
