| First let me say that shower scene was so tender and beautiful. The way he brushed her hair taking such care of her, it tore at my heart. Of course she has to go back to Giles! he's the only one that can help set this right. Love where this is going, but can't wait to see Giles' reaction to her new Mate? And what of Angelus? BFN |

Ah, such a lovely chapter. The careful, patient way in which Spike takes care of Buffy is so heartwrenchingly touching—such a tender moment between the two of them. Paying attention to details like her hair—gah! If that girl doesn’t wake up and realize he’s worthy of her love soon, Imma bitch-slap her! ;) At the same time, wow, poor Buf. So much betrayal, her whole world turned upside down. At least she has Spike to rely on—and let’s stop and marvel at the beauty/irony of that!  And it seems like her realization that humans can be just as evil as demons might be a good thing in terms of how much she thinks of Spike as a “monster” and how much she allows herself to feel for him… (but wait don’t tell me!!  ) This all seems like a wonderful breakthrough for the two of them, in the midst of all her pain. Can’t wait to see if/how it pans out!
I’m also VERY excited that Giles will be back in the picture—can’t wait to see his reaction to what the Council did to his love. But does returning to SunnyD mean S/B will have to face Angelus again?? *bites nails* Loving this roller-coaster ride so far—now that we’re at the top of the “big hill”, I’ll be sure to hold on tight for what’s to come. |

I think it's right that they go back to Sunnydale... inform Giles of what they have found out and form a plan!!! Also... I loved the scene of Spike taking care of her... makes me wish I had someone like that!! Great chapter!

| Oh yeah, it's COOKING now! Can't wait to see the "gang" reunited and hopefully take on the Council together. And of course, going back to Sunnydale, there's Angelus & Dru to contend with. Looking forward to the next chapter. |

| I loved the tenderness between Spike and Buffy in this chapter. I really like the direction you're taking the story. Should be interesting to see how Buffy and Spike take on the Council. Fantastic update! |

| Hmm I really hope Buffy isn't going to go soft on the council just cause they are humans....she was out for blood and now she must take it or she will feel like a complete hypocrite. I want at least some deths of the council it's the least I deserve from this story |
