| Wonderful chapter. At last, it looks like some progress is being made - in spite of Willow's attempts to downplay her screw up. I really can't believe that Giles didn't lay into her good for her usual hurried, ill- researched use of magic! Maybe Joyce will get a chance to give the girl a good talking to - hope she puts the fear of God (or at least the fear of a slayer's brassed off mother) into her! Looking forward to the next update. In other words, I can hardly wait to see where this goes next. |

| Oooo, someone needs to take away Willow's learner's permit. What would a spell be without Willow screwing it up? Can't Buffy have Spike? She is chained up, after all. We need Spike. |

Someone needs to point out to Giles (the total pillock) that HE is the one responsible for it all! Fine thing to blame WIllow, the apprentice witch! HE wanted the d@mned spell (sooooo unnecessary and only really wanted because Spike annoyed him as a house guest) HE should have used his years of sorcery and knowledge to pick the d@mned spell!!!!! Even with Willow tweaking it you can't really blame her, unless you're Giles of course.
Please let Joyce, Buffy, Willow and Spike all gang slap him before this is done *G*.
Why do I think Giles' solution will be to stake the now chip free Spike?

Tell Joyce and Dawn exactly what's going on, and I'm sure one of them will come up with the easy solution - Buffy has to accept Spike's claim. Spike will recognize the situation, too.
How can Giles not know the origin of the Slayer? He's a really crappy Watcher.
Send Willow to Althanea and be done with it. Stupid girl. |

Great chapter. So it appears that Willow's spell unleashed Buffy's demon which I believe was the original source of her power.
I hope that Willow will come clean soon about what she added in. |

Well, at least Spike is not around for the physical abuse.. Glad Buffy is trying to come to grip with her violence and need to dominate and control our poor boy.
Waiting to see what Giles and Willow come up with. Not of the good. What will "equal up" the playing field for Spike?

| Another great chap. Looking forward to the Council's input on this as well as the Joyce/Giles face to face confrontation. And exactly what did Willow "tweak", because I didn't catch it. All I understood was that she performed the spell without proper research or understanding, but I didn't catch her admission to any changes. Bad Willow! The only way this is gonna work is for the claim to be equalized isn't it? |
