| That gave me a chill right down the side of my arm and it surprised me. I'd expected for it to be a love poem and that last line just threw me. It was a powerful statement of the thin line between love and hate. Poignant poem. Should try more if they're this good. |

excellent! very well written, very beautiful and bittersweet...i am a spuffy girl but i kind of felt like he should have blown her off in season six.. excellent little poem  |

I actually think that was a genuinely beautiful little poem. It conveys poor Spike's situation perfectly and lets Buffy herself finally understand what she's doing/done to him. I really like it, and it made my eyes tear a little bit too.
