you know, i actually feel the tiniest ittiest bit of sorry for riley, since he really didn't know...must be quite a shock to find out his wife wasn't who he thought she was...great chapter |
Thank you, honey!
I have to admit that Riley is one of my least favourite characters, and the main reason that I didn't have him being complicit in the whole thing was that it felt too predictable. It's not that I don't think with a bit of brainwashing from Sam that he wouldn't have been capable... but then it's not as if he's going to walk out of this smelling of roses. |

Oh, Spike...LOL...love that brain..
Awww, poor Riley just found out he's been used and double-crossed...
A train? |
Spike ...is just Spike, and always will be. Buffy might polish off a few rough edges with time, but he's never going to fundamentally change.
Poor Riley, indeed.
And, yep, a train... Tara was doing a location spell, remember? |

| Very dramatic! So glad Buffy kicked Riley's ass! |
Thanks, honey!
It's not as if we could let Riley get away scott free after trying to shoot Spike, is it?
Glad you liked it. |
