| Dang ... Joyce gone too. I know that only the epilogue is left. I hope that Spike and Buffy are able to come to terms with it all and find some way to move on together. |

Oh this is so sad - Joyce and Spike's grief and then Joyce staked herself... Am feeling all sniffly now.

| Wonderful chapter! Both sad and hopeful as well. I think Joyce made the right decision even if it's going to hurt Buffy. She knew Buffy would have Spike to ease her through the hard times. |

| That was so hard to read knowing the grief that Spike was going have to deal with. Joyce dusting herself! that came out of nowhere. We knew it would be hard but they were family, Buffy's mom, Spikes sister, wasn't perfect but what is? This has been one interesting story. *hugs* |

| Good heavens, what an amazing chapter! Talk about resolving issues. I wasn't expecting the Angel-directly-to-hell conclusion, or her mother dusting herself. I like the way you focused on Buffy and Spike and their issues. Really wonderful story and one that I'll enjoy reading many times again. |

| I love it! I think the bit with Joyce was for the best. She was right Buffy couldn't always be watching out for her, waiting to see if she had perfect happiness. I mean, it could have been her daughter graduating from high school for all we know... So good plot choice. Can't wait to see how this continues. It seems to be winding down which is sad but all good fics must come to an end. |
