Hmm so has there been a military coup in the US to allow the Initiative to operate like they do? I mean from what I read they pick up humans too and stick them in these camps.
Yep. It's like those apocoliptic sci-fi movies where the evil military like orgaisation runs everything.Ever seen the movie Tank Girl? Kinda like that. Hope you like the story though. =)

whoa...wonder what the "event" is gonna be...love how you brought giles into it...i feel so bad for the poor prisoners, all of them...and "william" and buffy are starting to bond, even if it's silently...another excellent chapter
