I loved the sweetness of Spike and Buffy's kiss and you are doing a fantastic job with their confusion and desire for each other. I laughed at Willow's comment to Xander and thought it great how Buffy addressed Angel when she came back in. Thanks for the great update, I am really enjoying this story.  |

| Great update. So glad Buffy's got Willow making her feel all with the support and good on her for giving Angel the attention he deserves in this instance - precisely nil. Your style when writing intimate encounters is really good btw in that it that allows the action to get pretty darn risque while still demonstrating emotional integrity. That in turn enables the reader (or me at least) to really connect with the characters. Can't wait for your next instalment. |

You've got the perfect combination of angst and tender smuttiness that the most best selling of romance novel authors strive for. It made me want to cry, then yell 'cause there wasn't more. Kudos, this is a great fic.

| A little note. It's probably never even occured to Buffy but it is annoying how she thinks it's in her power to forgive Angel for what he's done. It's certainly not within her power to forgive Jenny Calendar's murder. I wish there were some way to make that clear even if Buffy just doesn't get it. |

| Willow's behaviour is very amusing but I really enjoy the way you're handling the claim thing. All too often, you've got some meaningless ritual and "they claimed each other" as if it meant something. Many authors use the claim as a way to sweep everything under the rug and very few actively explore the feelings involved, as you have. Thank you for that. |

| I feel the need to reemphasize how much I love your story. I like how you include the entire Scooby gang too, instead of making the story solely focused on Buffy and Spike. I always feel like stories that do that aren't acurately portraying the characters, because Buffy's friends are a big part of her life. |
