| I so think your doing a grate job on this story! I've read years and I mean YEARS worth of Spuffy, All the caricatures are comming to life in this story! This story is defenatly a well writen, so dont let what some people comment affect you. your doing an assume job cant wait to continue reading. |

Honestly Addie, I think that you are doing a marvelous job with this story and that you should continue to tell it the way that you want to tell it. Look at it this way...You are gifting all of us fan fiction readers with your talent which I am certain takes a considerable amount of time and energy, and you are doing so without any real compensation other than our reviews (which is not really enough). Honestly, nobody really has cause to complain. I have read many of your stories and I have never been dissappointed. You cannot please everyone and quite honestly, I feel that you should not feel like you have to. Keep doing what you love for you and nobody else. I look forward to seeing where this all goes and I appreciate you taking the time to write this with alot of care an attention to the characters, it gives the story more depth and keeps you invested in the characters, if other people want instant gratification they can go read a PWP or better yet, write their own story just how they like it. That is the beauty of imagination, we all have one all we need do is get off of our arses and use it. Wow...I can't believe you're getting static about Nancy! What's a protagonist (Spuffy) without an antgonist? I think you've got an excellent balance of plot and smooshiness - and I love them both!
In regards to this chapter, I am still loving your Willow, and really enjoyed Giles's musings about the nature of Spike. I really like how so many characters in the story are having their assumptions put to the test across the board, and found their world view gone upside down. |

Another great chapter I'm sorry that you've been receiving such reviews - personally I think they way you've been moving the fiction along is perfect - I think the couple-concentrated chapters were important as it helped us get to a stage where Buffy and Spike's relationship could be accepted. Plus, I think you chose the perfect time to move to a more plot driven aspect of the fiction - and personally I think that Nancy is a character well-established enough for you to use her in that plot! Plenty of great fictions revolve around OCs - and all that happens is that those OCs become much adored by the community.
I say ignore the mean reviews and follow your heart to where your muse is taking you, 'cause so far you've brought is a fabulous fiction and I have no doubt you'll continue to do so til the end of it |

| Personally, I think you've got a fine mix of plot and Spuffiness, so I'm a happy camper. Don't let the grumblers bother you. Maybe they shouldn't read the fics until their completed, if they can't handle minor shifts in focus without being able to immediately see if the focus shifts back. |

| I've read a lot of fics with lovely prose but that were sadly plotless - and you clearly have a plot, even a story arc - don't listen to the naysayers! You've managed to create a well thought out AU that is very true to the characters. Great story! |

Excellent chappie. I am enjoying the story development and pace immensely, Can quite honestly say I never thought Nancy was taking over in any way, shape or form. This is far too Spuffy for that! LOL

I just don't understand why anyone would find the need to criticize you or this story. This is your story and you can tell it anyway you want and you're doing a great job of it too! It's a Spuffy story for cripes sake! There's always some bad guy or 2 or 3 and YES we all hate Nancy but one way or another she will learn in the end, no matter what her end may be. This is a wonderful story, no apologies necessary...PERIOD!

Hey - it doesn't matter what you do to the story - it's your work.
And looking back in your past work - IT'S ALWAYS AMAZING.
keep doing what your doing. No doubt no matter the ending, it'll be a fun filled Spuffy ride.
I'm a big fan. I don't show it enough but other readers should already know you give out solid material.
And hell, with your quick updates, who isn't in love with you?

LOL can't believe ppl are complaining about OC getting some page time
I love it that you have an OC as the slayer and that she is the enemy sort of. I can't see this story going any where or being anything but PWP if you didn't have some sort of outside characters getting involved. |

| Geez...some people just never learned the lesson of 'if you don't have something nice to say don't say it at all.' Constructive criticism is one thing, but leaving a review just to complain about something you don't like has never made sense to me. If you didn't like something, fine, don't leave a review. If you liked something, or have something helpful to say, leave a review and let them know! (oh, and don't take my previous statements to mean that just because I don't review as often as I should means that I dislike something. I'm just a lazy lurker!) Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that I, for one, have thoroughly enjoyed this story, and have had no problems recognizing a plot device when I see one, and look forward to even more delicious plot-y moments to come! |
