| What a powerful chapter, I like that she finally realized that her words did hurt him but at the same time her not even able to admit to herself how she feels about him shows that she still has a ways to go. |

| It really is a shame that she had to bring Spike to tears to see it, but now maybe she can admit that she cares about him. And start to heal. I'm sure it'll be a long road- but I so HATE to see Spike in tears! I hope it's not too much longer. |

| Heartbreaking chapter. Nice to see that it had an effect on Buffy, however. All those times on the show that she called him *convenient* and *worthless,* etc, she never once took it back. So, as always, it's wonderful to see a more human side to her. Yay, you. |

| Finally. I am glad that Buffy's cruelty backfired on her. I hope that she has a real awakening this time. Poor sensitive Spike he did not deserve Buffy's act of cruelty. |

| What exactly does Spike see in her again? She can't even admit in her own mind that she loves him, even though he's loved her better than anyone in her life except her own mother. Stupid cruel bitch. She's right about being unworthy of him. He does deserve someone better. He deserves a grown-up, for one thing. Not a little girl in a grown-up body playing at things she doesn't understand. |
