| I know that it is probably a good idea to get away from Giles also, but I think they should have waited and done the spell first. It might have helped a bit in figuring out some other things. I can't wait for more of this story. It is definately one of my favorites! |

| I hate to see Giles going bad, but it really does seem almost likely... just because of Spike though. Normally he can fairly clear headed when it comes to Council matters, but you have handled this in-good-faith-yet-still-a-betrayal situation very well. Kudos! |
| yeah, he's not meaning it to be harmful...he thinks he's helping...but they always all thought they knew better than buffy did what was good for her, and usually they were wrong |

| Thanks for showing that side of Buffy. We know that she loves him but also is sure that he thinks he knows what's best. Hate that they're going to Angel's though. I think you'll find most of us do. Honestly don't know what he can do, but maybe Wes can. Great chapter. |

Angel didn't have the hotel yet in Season 4(1). That wasn't until Season 5(2). They're still using his basement apartment and the office upstairs.
Hmmm, she's not trusting Giles at all...well, he earned it...
The binding is so simple! Complete their bond as mates, make them equal...why isn't anyone thinking of that, yet. It's got to occur to Spike, even though he'll be sure she'll never go for it, in all his insecurity. |
| oh...well, i was never big on angel the show...or the character...lol...oh well ... yeah, it's not that complex, but the scoobies sure wouldn't think of it, and spike's been too insecure to mention it so far...which is understandable what with the way buffy's been treating him...thanx for the review |

| Thought at first that Giles was starting to show a little common sense, but I guess that was too much to hope for at this point. Even Xander is acting more intelligently, and boy, is that weird or what? Hope going to Angel gives them the break they need to deal with this thing. I'm really impressed with Buffy now. She's using her head and taking control in a big way. Great chapter - looking forward to the next. |

Splitting them all up, huh? I wasn't expecting that. I can't wait to see how they solve it on their own. Should be fun.
Oh, and I can't believe (well, sadly, yes, I can) Willow's childishness is trying to stop them from doing something that she knows they think could save Buffy's life, just because she's scared of people knowing she's done something wrong. |

| Excellent chapter. Giles perfidy is revealed. But it's unfortunate that they're seperating themselves from the researchers. And Willow is a nasty little liar. I'm surprised that someone hasn't called her on her uber suspicious behavior. Can't wait for more. |
