| I understand the need for foreplay, but this is ridiculous. I think Spike is playing with fire. He should just do the ritutal. You would think he wouldn't want to be beat up anymore. Good chapter. |

| Something doesn't seem right here. How could that order make him immune to the slayer demon? I guess I am being blonde here, but if it is in her voice and such, then how can he say no? |
| it didn't make him immune...it's that *buffy* is his actual claimant, not the demon...so naturally an order buffy gives him has more power than an order that the demon gives him in her body...so she just ordered him to perform the claim and not let her go until he had, no matter what the demon ordered...does that make sense? |
