Honestly, I was starting to get bored with your story. The past few chapters have seemed really repetitive and overdone.

I love this fic so much. One of the things I seriously love is the balance of power and positive traits you keep with every character. So many fics you can tell the author has bitterness and negative judgment towards a character and they can’t see the character as positive at all. I LOVE you allow the characters to be all sorts of shads of grey. You allow their flaws without deleting the positive traits. These characters all love each other; there is a reason for that. No matter what their flaws or problems or stresses with each other, basically they are good noble people trying to do their best in a hard situation and foremost, they care about each other.

I’m very interested to watch Spike interaction with Buffy as she is weak. He counts on her to be strong, it’s ONE of the things he loves about her, but I love he realizes he loves her even NOT as the slayer. Very cool layer!

| awww...that was really something the way he stopped, for *her* sake...i'm wondering about the timing of this, is it before or after the cruciamentum? and if it is after it -- i wonder if giles did the same thing to her because he's worried about her being the slayer and letting spike be with her...hm....cant wait for more |
