| Halfrek becoming human because of Spike's actions is very fitting for the cruelty that she subjected him to, I like that he realized that he wasn’t beneath anyone and that he had been the one to allow others to make him feel that way. I also like that when Spike told Buffy he needed to be alone that she respected him enough to let him go. |

As what is slwoly becoming a tradition, after leaving my negative reviews for the latest chapter in Blood Bond, I decided to come back here and review your, in my opinion, better fics, this time Trusting You. A fic I found later on in it's life, I have really enjoyed the twists and turns. never able to guess what the story is about, it plays Spike much in the way that Buffy is.
In this chapter, we saw more role reversal,which makes me wonder if this will be the norm for the fic. if so, then joy. Spike is perfectly charecterized in this fic (Which makes me wonder why you are writing him like you are in Blood Bond): A poet hiding behind a mask of anger, who's first reaction is to either hide or destroy. The switching between him in Hallie in roles is perfect, and Buffy's decsion to let Spike go is written beautifully.
Personally, I would say focussolely on this fic and get it done, becauseit shows the greatest potential. An original story, with the charecters never OOC, and twists that leave you guessing. |

| As I'm sure you are aware of, the words 'let him go' could mean more than what was (literally) intended there, and it worries me. Although the way the last few chapters it seems very unlikely that she has completely let him go (duh) it worries me a wee bit, for possibly foreshadowing reasons. Am i looking into this too much, or do you have to do one of those annoying (yet sometimes necessary) "you'll see" comments? |

I just finished reading the new chapter and this story just won't let go. Hallie sure got hers didn't she? I enjoyed that Spike got back at her! I am going to wait until Blood Bound has way more chapters before I start reading again. I just have to see a more hope before I can put myself out there again in that story.
I am enjoying Buffy's humility and willingness to do what it takes to get Spike back, no matter what it takes.
I hope my reviews and comments make a difference since you never reply. |

| Okay, I understand that Spike is going through a lot. However, when is he going to stop feeling sorry for himself and make a decision one way or the other. I hope it is soon. I hope that Halfrek is not going to become a part of the story and a reason for additional conflict between Buffy and Spike. |
| give the guy a bit of patience...halfrek's appearance sort of threw him for a loop...and no, i dont plan on her being a major part of the story, there's not much left to the story anyway |
