| Real or imagined...Hmm, I think Emma's been mentioned before. You tell me. But, does it really matter? He still gets emotional, and that could be bad for everyone. |

| No one writes very much about his family other than his mother of course, Wonder why he's remembering her? To help as he hides? Glad Dawn understands his need for quite, while we all wait. Another great chapter, thank you so much for it. You can't update soon enough for me. Love it. |

| I liked Dawn's scene with Spike, i'm glad she got a chance to tell Spike how she feels. Looks like Spike has a plan, if he's feeling that good about it then so am I. The interaction between Spike and Emma in the flashback was wonderful, and Dru showing up was really a surprise. I'm really enjoying how you're fleshing out William's past. Loved the chapter! |

What an idea...to have Dru seeing young William that far back and knowing he would be hers...and Angelus even let her give the doll back...very interesting.
That scene with his little sister was so sweet and tender. She must have looked on him as her brave protector. Dawn's innocent faith in him must have brought that all back, when he met her.
Still weird thinking of Xander as dead. It's done so rarely. |
| I always thought the brotherly protectivness of Sawn wasn't a new idea to Spike. And, the fact that Willow killed Xander will come into play in the next few chapters; so watch for it. |
