I finally read this story and, wow, I so should have read it sooner. I absolutely love it. I vaguely remember you had a sequel...I guess I should check your site for it, huh? Anyway, fabulous story. Well written and full of excitement. =)

Fantastic fic! “It had all the great components of a great story; romance, adventure, drama, heartbreak, death, good sex…” to quote you, my friend. You left out comedy, though. I laughed out loud more than a few times. Congrats!
