And who staked whom with a fake wood stake? Hmmm? That childishness came out dead even.

Okay, that one's a stretch.

Buffy's attitude in the same situation was to get business done.

She was also the one who was embarrassed to be caught in bed with Spike, and the one who punched him in the nose--again--for no other reason than to make herself look better to Riley.
