From ki: In Buffy the Vampire Slayer, do you know if Buffy and Spike's relationship will last?
Sorry, but this B.S. is not long for this world.

From cccder: Please say the rumors of Buffy and Spike breaking up are false.
Sorry, but they're true. Buffy and Spike will be broken up by the time Anya and Xander try to say "I do."

From vze: Sounds like "Fourth one's a charm" means Tara is going to die. Amber (a gem or "charm") Benson plays Tara, who has four letters in her name. Am I right?
You're not far off.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer abandoned the comfy confines of Hollywood to embark upon a rare location shoot at Six Flags Magic Mountain, ScoopMe.com has learned. The park, located in Valencia approximately 35 miles north of Los Angeles, hosted the crew and select cast members on Thursday, February 28, and Friday, March 1. Filming began late in the afternoon on both days, with the second day of shooting lasting until the wee hours of Saturday morning.

The crew used the Cyclone Bay section of Magic Mountain as the backdrop for episode nineteen, written by Steve DeKnight. The entire cast did not make the half hour trip up Interstate 5, as the two-night shoot only required the presence of Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar) and the Nerd Trio of Warren (Adam Busch), Jonathan (Danny Strong), and Andrew (Tom Lenk). As such, fans can expect an intense confrontation between the title heroine and her current foes – or nemisis-ees, as they call themselves.

Facades were used to cover some elements of Cyclone Bay, but most of SFMM’s original landscaping will be seen in the final cut. The park is not going to be mentioned on the show, since the script called for a generic amusement park look for the episode, and not necessarily a thrill theme park.

Forgive a lurker coming out of hiding... but this may or may not count as a spoiler...
BTVS was filming at an outdoor mall in Santa Monica the other day. It was just a short scene of Buffy walking with Dawn. Some guy pushes into Dawn and Buffy pushes him away. Sorry, but no dialogue was overheard.

I haven't actually seen the script fragments from HB that have been going around, so I don't know if what I read is any different, but wow. Buffy and Spike are *both* being considerate of each other's feelings! I only skimmed through most of it, especially the Xander bits. Anything you want to know? (The color of the dresses is officially "Asparagus," although Dawn thinks it's more like "Snot." Halfrek only has a fewscenes, including when she first arrives where she's asking Dawn how she is, how things are going, and if there's anything she *wishes* were different, but D'Hoffryn reminds her that she's not here on business.

Spike leaves after Act II, not wanting to continue making Buffy uncomfortable, but thanking her for saying that it hurts seeing him with the "Skanky Goth Girl," as she's described in the script, who wonders why they're leaving before the wedding starts. At the end, it's supposed to be unclear from Anya's expression whether or not she'd accept D'Hoffryn's urgings to return to her old life as a vengeance demon, while Xander sits alone in a cheap motel room. But most of that was already known.)

The only other scene with Spike is in Act I when he arrives, is greeted
by Dawn, and stresses a couple times "...and I brought a date!" The
stage directions say that Dawn can't figure out why he's making such a
big deal about it.

I didn't spot any mention of Giles, but I may have missed an offhand
reference.

"And as for the new villain? Watch out for the return of three former bit-part Buffy foes who join forces to take over Sunnydale. Known to themselves as 'The Troika' and to others as 'The Nerds of Doom', they become an annoying thorn in Buffy's side until someone else joins them to give serious bad-guy power. Just who that is is one of the closest-kept secrets in Buffyland, but rumours have it we may be seeing one of the Scooby Gang, Buffy's long-term group of friends, turning to the dark side."

I was chatting with Adam (warren) last night and he was telling me about a narly fight seen coming up between his character and Buffy. He also told me that they are making a Warren robot...
He also said that his character has a lot of "issues" that are going to come out and that no matter how easy it seems, having a chair broken over your head really does hurt.
Just thought I'd share...

Join me in the Crypt of Decryption:

We are still in a spoiler drought, but we're getting little tidbits now and again. I should say that I do not post all the "foilers" (fake spoilers) out there. I just hate to give them even the credibility of being taken seriously enough to debunk them. Plus, I don't want to waste my time.

Episode 19 is being filmed right now, and it seems there is a climactic scene in an amusement park involving the Troika. An additional tidbit is that there were only two stunt people involved in the shoot, so if there are any daring stunts, only 1-2 characters are involved (perhaps someone can confirm, but I was under the impression that SMG has two stunt doubles).

Deanna has seen a script of episode 16, which airs Monday. Though we've known about Xander checking into a motel, we did not know for sure if that was the end. Deanna's information reveals to us that another aspect of the ending of Hell's Bells is that Anya is offered the chance to become a vengeance demon again--and we do not know if she takes D'Hoffryn up on his offer. Deanna also confirms, sadly, that Spike exits in act 2 and does not reappear later in the episode.

An anonymous but so far credible source passed on two bits of information: first, Buffy sells the house; second, as far as she knows, Tara will not die. That's the first time since December that I've heard from a credible source any news regarding Tara's future with the show, and it's good news.

I am not going to be able to update episode summaries for 17 and 18 yet, but I hope to have more info soon.
