13. Waiting in the Wings

Angel, Cordy, Fred, Wes and Gunn go to the ballet. During the performance Angel realizes he saw the exact same dancers before - in 1890. Trying to find out what is going on, Cordy and Angel are affected by the spell of a powerful wizard and get to relive the forbidden affair of a dancer and her secret lover.

  • Best episode of the whole season, at least in my humble opinion :o)
  • Gunn and Fred fall in love, Wesley is deeply disappointed

Cordy: Yeah. We gotta move.
Angel: You think they're not dead?
Cordy: You just looked *really* hot doing that.
Angel: Oh!
Cordy: Yeah.
Angel: Run!
