"Coming Out"

Giles moved briskly about his new office at UC Sunnydale. He'd been teaching a class on the History of the Occult for nearly a month and the experience had been refreshing. After three years as a high school librarian, he'd given up all hope for the youth of America, but his students had surprised him. After the Sunnydale High School graduation, he seemed to have developed an unspoken reputation, and many of his slayer's former classmates had enrolled in his classes.

The slayer herself had enrolled in his class that met on Monday and Wednesday mornings. He smiled as her remembered one particular Monday, when, in the midst of a lecture about the Salem Witch Trials and Buffy had made a point to give him the sexiest, most feminine smiles whenever he looked her way. When she'd seen she could make him flustered, she'd begun licking her lips slowly.

She'd missed her next class that morning, due to an "important meeting" with her professor.

"Good afternoon, Professor Giles." Buffy teased as she entered his office. She made sure to lock the door behind her before walking over to her lover and kissing him.

He pulled her tight against him, kissing her fiercely with a never-ending passion. "How was your day?"

"I've been looking forward to tonight all day long. Time went by so slowly." She told him as she snaked her hand between them to caress his groin.

"You can't wait for our date?" Giles asked, gasping as the pleasure built inside him, culminating in his groin as she gently stroked and squeezed him.

"Noooo.." she replied moaning as Giles placed his hand on her buttocks and pulled her tight against him.

They moved so that Buffy sat on the edge of Giles' desk, pulling her skirt up so that it bunched around her waist. Giles swiftly yanked her panties off as she unbuttoned and unzipped his trousers. He lifted her legs and guided her to wrap them around his waist as he slid inside her slippery channel, his tongue entering her mouth simultaneously.

He slammed into her at a fast and furious pace; both of them felt a great need for climax. It was a Friday and Friday nights were always their date nights. They looked forward to their date nights immensely and it often got them so worked up that they had to seek release from their sexual frustration on Friday afternoons.

Once they had both climaxed, they straightened their clothing and left the school swiftly. When they got back to the home the three of them had recently moved into, it was still early afternoon. Giles decided to grade some papers for Monday- Buffy tended to keep him busy on the weekends- while Buffy went to 'nap'.

Giles shook his head, knowing she would indeed be joining Angel in bed, but it was unlikely they'd be sleeping. The girl had perpetual energy and potential for arousal.

Giles knew her well. Buffy smiled as she entered the bedroom and found her dark haired lover sleeping peacefully in the bed, nude, just as she'd left him that morning. Slipping out of her clothes, she climbed into bed and curled up against him.

Just as she'd hoped, Angel roused out of sleep and smiled at her. "Hey."

"Hi there." She purred.

"Were you a good girl today?"

Buffy giggled. "Nope, I was very bad. Giles and I couldn't wait for tonight again."

Angel pretended to be admonishing. "I think I'd die of shock if you two ever could wait all day Friday- immortality or not."

Buffy laughed as she straddled his waist, stroking his erection slowly. "What can I say? I'm hopeless."

She slid him inside her and they both moaned. Placing her hands on his shoulders, she began to rise and lower herself on him as his hips bucked under her. Angel reached up and grabbed one of her erect nipples between his teeth, nibbling and suckling it and driving Buffy crazy.

She moaned his name over and over as she came, her tight vaginal walls squeezing his manhood as it slid in and out of her quaking body. As she came down from her high, Angel flipped them over, wrapping her legs around him as he slid more deeply inside her. Buffy pulled his head down so that they could kiss.

Angel knew he was near orgasm, but he wanted Buffy to come with him, so he moved a hand between them, stroking her swollen nubbin. Screaming his name, she came simultaneously with Angel as he filled her with his cold seed.

Lying in each other's arms, their bodies glistened with sweat, they drifted off to sleep.

Buffy felt Giles incessantly shaking her shoulder to wake her.

"Five more minutes, Giles, I'll still be on time for school!" She pleased, half-asleep.

"Well, if you really *want* to go to school, I suppose you could… but Angel and I had really been hoping you'd want to go on our date." Giles teased.

Buffy rolled over, the think black sheets on the bed barely covering her. "Oh yeah." She smiled.

Giles bent and kissed her tenderly, pulling back before they got preoccupied.

Yawning, Buffy realized that they were alone in the room. "Where's Angel?"

"Showering. So hurry up and get ready so that we can go." He ordered.

"Yes sir." She giggled, making a big show out of getting out of the bed and wiggling her nude bottom for him.

"Use YOUR bathroom!" He commanded. "Heaven knows if I send you in there with Angel, we'd never leave!"

Buffy sighed dramatically before heading over to her room so she could use her own bathroom. Giles moved swiftly down the stairs. If he could finish grading the papers he had to hand out on Monday before they went out, he could focus all his attention on his young blonde lover for the rest of the weekend.

"This is nice." Buffy smiled at her two lovers from her seat between them in the dim restaurant.

"I knew you'd like it." Angel replied, leaning over to give her a quick kiss.

Buffy put her hands beneath the table and ran them over the two male's thighs. Giles was glad they'd gotten a booth in the corner, tucked away from the rest of the restaurant. The three of them tried to be somewhat covert. Sunnydale might be built on a Hellmouth, but it was still a small town and two grown men having an affair with an eighteen year old girl would be quite the scandal; which could result in Giles losing his position at UCS. The only other person who knew about them was Willow, and they even tried to remain discreet around her.

As Buffy continued to stroke both their thighs, Giles attempted to read the menu and didn't see Angel lean over and whisper in Buffy's ear. So when she moved her hand to Giles' crotch, it took him wholly by surprise. He jumped, his knees hitting the bottom of the table with a loud noise.

Buffy and Angel found it incredibly amusing and laughed as Giles smiled nervously at a few people who had heard the racket and looked to see what was going on.

"NOT funny, you two." Giles practically growled.

"Aww…" Buffy pretended to pout, before scooting over to Giles and kissing him softly on the lips. He pulled her tighter against him and delved his tongue into her mouth. He loved the playfulness of their dates almost as much as she did.

"Ahem."

The lovers pulled apart and found their unamused waiter standing beside the table, waiting impatiently for their order.

Giles cleared his throat and pulled away from Buffy sheepishly. Buffy smiled conspiratorially at Angel, who mirrored the expression. After they placed their orders, Buffy scooted back towards Giles to tease him again, but he excused himself to the restroom.

Sighing, Buffy slid over to her other, more willful lover and began kissing him. The two soon became far too enthralled by each other to notice the goings on in the restaurant around them.

"Buffy?"

They pulled apart and found Xander standing in front of the table, staring open mouthed at the two of them.

"Uh… Hi Xander." Buffy sputtered, relieved that she'd been caught kissing Angel, and not Giles. As it was, she'd have a lot of explaining to do.

"I thought Deadboy went to LA." Xander replied, obviously irritated.

"I'm back." Angel replied in an equally cold voice.

Buffy smiled nervously. "His soul's permanent."

"How lovely for the two of you." Xander responded insincerely.

Buffy chose to ignore that and continued to smile. "Yeah, we're really doing great… How did you get back from your trip so soon?"

Xander tried to not scream at his friend, and instead calmly answered her. "I didn't go all over the country like I planned. When I was in Texas I came to a realization for what I would like to do with my life. I'm joining the Army."

A genuine smile lit Buffy's face. "Oh that is so great Xander! I couldn't think of a more perfect job for you."

Seeing her so happy for him softened Xander a bit. Then he remembered something that had haunted him for nearly a year and a half. The sunny morning when he'd lied to her out of jealousy, wanting her to love him like she did the soulful vampire seated beside her. He supposed after all they had gone through to be together, he shouldn't even try to stand in their way now.

"What are you doing here? It doesn't seem like your kind of place to hang Xander." Buffy continued to make conversation as Angel and Xander gave each other dirty looks.

"My grandmother came to visit. She's taking us to dinner."

"Oh, wow, well, we'll have to get together before you go. Maybe with Willow? We can go get ice cream or something."

"Yeah… we will." Xander agreed, not really listening. "So, you two here on a date?"

"Oh… not really." Buffy lied. "We're here with Giles, actually. He's in the restroom."

"Oh." Xander was surprised. For some reason, knowing that the watcher was there made him feel more comfortable.

Little did he know that Giles was doing the very thing with Buffy that Xander wanted him to prevent her doing with Angel.

Giles came out of the bathroom and walked swiftly back to their table. Unfortunately, by the time he noticed Xander there, he was too late to evade the teen. He sat down and invited Xander to sit with them, much to Angel's chagrin.

Luckily, the boy had to get back to his family at their own table, leaving after promising Buffy that they would get together before he left.

They ate their meals without any kissing or groping, as Giles insisted. The waiter had seen her kiss Giles and Xander had seen her kiss Angel. If either were to walk by and catch her with the man they hadn't seen her with before... People could talk... And in Xander's case, explode.

"Can we go to the beach?" Buffy smiled as they walked out of the restaurant.

"Sounds good to me." Angel replied, returning the smile.

Buffy gave Giles a pleading look. Sighing, he nodded. "If that's what you really want. I just don't see the pleasure."

Buffy grinned and hugged him. "It can be fun. Just the three of us.. the deserted dark beach... Water… sand… it all adds up to lots of fun!"

Giles have in and smiled back at her, allowing her to kiss him quickly on the lips before the three of them headed to the car.

Back inside the restaurant, Xander Harris sat in disbelief, having just glanced out the window and seeing one of his best friends in the world… his dream girl… kiss the former school librarian the same night that she'd kissed her boyfriend… who had been standing right there and seen the whole thing.

Buffy was.... with... both of them?

Giles sat on the sand dune, enjoying the cool night breeze that drifted the unique aroma of the ocean to him. In the distance he could hear Buffy. A few moments earlier, she'd been laughing, but now there were different sounds of pleasure coming from her, and he had no doubt why. She and Angel had stripped and chased each other through the sand and shallow waters, playing adolescently.

And now they were being more adult.

It surprised Giles how much it *didn't* bother him when Buffy was with Angel. He was positive that if she were to sleep with any male besides the two of them, he'd be heartbroken. He supposed it was because he knew she loved him, and that she loved Angel... And had more than enough love for the both of them.

Closing his eyes, Giles smiled as he thought up scenarios for what he and Buffy might do when they went home that night. So engrossed in his fantasies, he didn't notice that Angel and Buffy had called each other's names as they exploded in ecstasy.

In fact, he was only shaken out of his reverie when a soaking wet slayer knelt beside him and began kissing his neck.

"Don't you ever get tired?" Angel asked, laughing as he pulled his pants on.

"I have to have both my men satisfied." Buffy grinned as she worked on unbuttoning Giles' shirt.

Giles pulled his jacket off and helped her undress him. When he was just as naked as she was, they rolled on the blanket they'd laid out when they got there so that Giles was on top. Buffy wrapped her legs around his waist as he slid inside her and moaned. Angel headed down to the shore, wading in the shallow waters to give them a bit of privacy. Unless all three of them were involved, they tried to give each other space.

Angel gazed out at the rippling waters, lit only by the glow of the moon. It was a beautiful sight. He and Buffy had watched for a few moments before walking back to Giles. Angel had the memory of her face with the bluish light reflected on it imprinted in his mind. She was the most beautiful creature he'd ever seen.

"Are you ready to head home?" Giles asked, as he walked over to him, fully dressed.

Angel nodded and looked up at Buffy. She was lying on the blanket, still completely undressed.

"She's asleep." Giles answered Angel's silent question.

Angel wrapped Buffy up in the blanket as Giles gathered her clothes. They drove home quietly, with a still sleeping Buffy curled in Angel's lap.

Once home, the men bid each other good-night and Angel walked to Buffy's room to put her in her own bed. She slept there on occasion, but she usually slept with one of her lovers. As he covered her with her own blankets, Buffy awoke.

"Angel… stay with me?"

Angel smiled, before he pulled off his clothes and climbed into bed next to her. Buffy curled up against him, using his chest as a pillow. Angel stroked her soft hair and smiled. He'd do anything to never give her up.

"Hey Xander!" Buffy greeted as she walked into the café and hugged her friend.

Xander forced himself to smile; he had to go along with the plan if he was ever going to be able to stop his friend from being the sex toy of two perverts.

"How's it going?"

"Oh, pretty good. I'm doing well in college… the teachers are a lot cooler than in high school."

"I bet." Xander replied, as they took their seats at a table. "So… you're still living Giles?"

"Yeah… it's working out very well for us." Buffy answered, choosing her words carefully.

"But you two aren't in Giles' apartment anymore?"

"No… it only had one bedroom so it was kind of pain with the whole sleeping-on-the-couch thing. Giles bought a house."

"And you live together…"

"Well, lots of slayers live with their watchers."

Xander nodded. "Okay... But how does Angel feel about that?"

"He.. doesn't mind… why would he mind?"

"Oh, I just know I wouldn't like it if my girlfriend lived with another guy."

"Well, he's *Giles*! Angel knows that!" Buffy explained, not liking where this was going. Xander had never before thought that her relationship with Giles was inappropriate.

"Buffy…" Xander sighed. "I hate it when you lie to me."

"I'm not lying to you! What would I lie about?"

"Explain to me why when I looked out the window of the restaurant last Friday night I saw you kiss Giles."

Buffy's jaw dropped. "You saw that?"

Xander nodded. "And I also saw that Angel was right there… and he knows that you and Giles have something going.. and I know you and Angel still have something going."

Buffy looked down and swallowed, trying to calm down. At least Xander wasn't screaming.

"Buffy… you have to get away from them. They're treating you like a piece of meat."

Buffy shook her head fervently. "No, they don't! They love me, and I love them!"

"Buffy, this is sick."

Buffy felt tears begin to burn in her eyes. "Xander, you don't understand. I never would have dreamed I'd be in a situation like this… but… they make me so happy Xander. And I know it's hard to believe, but I love them both."

"They've brainwashed you! You're a little plaything for them!"

Buffy shook her head. "You don't understand, Xander. Please, just be happy for me."

"I want you to pack up your stuff. I didn't even sign up for the Army yet. You and I can go somewhere. You can go back to your mom. Or your dad in LA. You just have to get away from them."

"No, I don't want to get away from them. I want to be with them. I'm sorry if you can't accept that, but this is the first time I've been truly happy and I'm not giving it up." Buffy told him as she stood up from the table. "I can't stay here. I want you to change your mind, Xander. And if you ever do you can reach me through Willow."

And with that, she rushed out of the café, leaving behind a displeased Xander. He'd have to try this from a different perspective.

"Do you think he'll ever approve of us?" Buffy asked Willow as she wiped the tears from her eyes with a tissue her friend had handed her.

"Buffy, as much as I hate to say it, screw him. If he's too blind to see that you're happy, he's not a true friend." Willow replied and softly patted Buffy's back as they sat on the edge of Willow's bed in her dorm room at UC Sunnydale. Willow had been lucky enough to get her own room, which worked out well since most roommates would be curious about Willow's best friend's vampire slayage and Willow's witchcraft.

"I know, I guess I should, it's just... You and Xander were my first real friends ever and I don't ever want to give that up."

"I know… Xander's just not the same guy he was back then. I don't know how it happened, but he's changed. And you never know he probably needs to get used to the idea. If you remember, when you came back from LA and told me that Angel and Giles were going to 'share' you… I wigged."

"Yeah, but you said if that is what I wanted, you'd deal."

"Well, I'm female. Xander is a *male* after all. We're the superior race."

Buffy couldn't help but smile. Maybe it wasn't so bad after all.

"Hey Giles... Where's Buffy?" Angel asked as Giles came into the living room. The sun was still setting, but the house was thoroughly sun-proofed.

"Remember, she was going to meet Xander for one of those… coffee drinks...?" Giles replied.

"Oh, that's right." Angel answered, turning back to the TV.

A loud pounding on the door soon startled them. They looked at each other with concern, they moved to the door. Angel hung back to avoid the sun as Giles opened the door. He found a panicked-looking Xander.

"Xander, what's wrong? Is it Buffy?" Angel asked.

Xander stepped inside and Giles shut the door so Angel wouldn't have to worry about turning into dust.

"Yes, I'm here because of Buffy. She needs help." Xander replied coldly.

"Oh no, what is it?" Giles asked, his voice full of fear.

"It's you. The both of you."

"Us?" Angel asked, confused.

"I know about this little… 'arrangement' you three have. I can understand Buffy, she's young, a bit naïve, and she honestly believes that you both love her. But I know the truth. You two are perverts. You've brainwashed her!"

"We have not! We'd never do anything to force Buffy to do anything she didn't want to do." Giles argued.

"You two are really some pieces of work. She's *eighteen*; for her to be with either of you is completely wrong. How can you possibly think it's right for you guys to be doing this?"

"Xander, I'm sorry that you don't agree with this, but it's not really your business. Buffy is happy, Giles is happy, and I am happy. We aren't hurting anybody. If you don't like it… tough." Angel replied.

"No." Xander replied, shaking his head. "I'm packing up a few of Buffy's things and I'm going to find her and get her to come with me. A few days away from you two and she'll come to her senses."

"I'm not going anywhere."

The three males looked over by the kitchen door. Buffy had entered the house through the kitchen and stood with her arms crossed over her chest.

"Buffy, please try to be rational!" Xander argued.

"I am being rational, Xander. This is *my* life and I would love for you to be my friend, but if you're going to do this, forget it! Now I think you'd better leave." She answered angrily before turning and going towards the living room in the back of the house.

Sighing in defeat, Xander turned and left. Angel and Giles walked slowly into the living room to find Buffy sitting sadly in the middle of the couch. They each sat on either side of her, making sure to give her some space. They sat in silence for several moments before Buffy spoke.

"I don't feel like you guys brainwashed me. I have never, ever, for a second, regretted the three of us. The past few months have been perfect. I just wish Xander could see that."

"I'm so sorry he can't, Buffy." Giles softly replied.

Buffy leaned over and hugged him, then did the same with Angel. "I love you two so much."

"How are you feeling?" Giles asked as he and Buffy settled down in his bed that night.

Buffy fidgeted with the hem of her tank top. "I'm all right. I actually feel a lot better than when I left Xander in the café this afternoon. I just hate losing friends."

"I know." Giles replied as he pulled her on top of him, kissing the top of her head.

"I do feel a little more 'out' now, though." Buffy smiled.

"Out?"

"Yeah… I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders... Only I didn't know the weight was there."

As they drifted off to sleep, Giles' mind drifted to fact that Xander now had something to hang over his head. If the school's board of trustees ever found out that he was having sexual relations with a student he'd be ruined.

The End
