When Buffy receives the knife in the gut, throwing her into a coma, Faith must continue on as the only Slayer, the event changing her. When Buffy wakes from her three year sleep, she finds herself in a drastically changed world with new powers in the palms of her hands.

As Buffy comes to terms with her sister Slayer and friends, groping for leverage in the new world she now lives in, she chances upon revelations that could change her life forever.
