Title: It shouldn't happen to a Vampire (4/?)

Author: Katie

Disclaimer: Not mine, never will be.  These characters belong to Joss Whedon, Mutant Enemy et al.

Rating: 15 - British System.

Distribution: If you want it, just let me know (don't know why you would though).

Feedback: If you want me to continue, you'll have to let me know.

Dedicated: To Nicole for posting the challenge.  It just made me type!

Notes: Answer to Nicole's challenge on the WillowandPartner list.  Had to include Count Dracula,  someone getting high, and five from a list.
Not saying which five - it might give away the story, if there was actually a plot!

"I believe that's due to him being...er...indisposed."  Giles began to clean his glasses.  "I wouldn't mention it to Buffy - she's rather sensitive
about it."

"She would be.  He looks better than she would in that dress."  Cordelia's comment caused Willow to begin to choke as she tried in vain to
stifle her laugh.

"Don't look now, but she's heading this way."  Angel patted Willow on the back as her face turned an interesting shade of red.

"Oh, this should be good...Buffy, nice to...well, hi."  Cordelia refused to flinch under Buffy's hostile gaze.

"Angel, nice of you to visit."  Buffy placed herself directly between Willow and Angel.

"It's not exactly a social call.  We're here on business."

"Yeah, well, I'm here with Riley, you know, my new man, who is a man, and not a vampire?"  Buffy's voice had a fake sugary-sweet quality,
and Willow visibly flinched.

"That's great Buffy.  I'm glad you're moving on, putting things behind you.  Tell me though, does Riley wear your underwear as well?"  Angel
used the same tone of voice as Buffy had, and Willow and Cordelia began to shriek with laughter.  Giles worked hard to supress a chuckle,
and Buffy stormed off back to Riley, who was busy watching his fingers move.  "I'm going to have a look around."  Angel smiled at Willow
and Cordelia, nodded at Giles and then melted into the growing crowd.

As he passed the office, Angel felt a familiar pain begin to tear at his soul.
